Lojong (mind training) is a practice based on a set of proverbs formulated in Tibet in the 12th century by Chekawa. Currently, we are using the Lojong proverbs in our dharma discussions. This site lists the proverbs, with commentaries by Pema Chodron, Chogyam Trungpa, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, and others teachers. |
